thanks man. every time i have a question you answer it, and in a way that makes sence. i think you should be a teacher at some school. im planning on useing this program atleast till june so ill take it easy for now, but still add weight to every lift as long as possible. i was a little worried because im used to being so sore i cant move on saturdays. thanks for all your help and sorry for all the stupid questions.
