who is 'they'? Why change if you can still add weight to the bar..even then why switch programs entirely?

I've been noticing this trend alot lately and not just on the forum...Alot of people (not you specifically ONDraft) need to stop getting hung up on specific time frames and worrying about 'switching it up' to prevent overtraining or to 'shock' the muscles into growth. Suck everything you can out of every program you do...
