I know about milk thistle, hawthorne berry, and saw palmetto, but what helps lipid profiles? And i just got some blood/urine work done not too long ago and i had LOW, as in out of the normal range, cholesterol. I think the value was like 90 to something and i had 60.
But about all these products, I'm just sorda worried that i'll be wasting my money on some garbag:-/
