I was kidding about preacher curls actually. I do them sometimes. Really I don't do a lot of curls period lately. What I really like to do is one arm preacher curls so that my arm is not forced to the front. I.E. you can get more stretch in the entire bicep that way which I DO think makes them more effective overall. Haha, you try my way and I'll try yours!
