Anything but. SD is one of the most toxic products in the market. In many cases, such as was the case with me, it HINDERS your workouts. My lower back pain/pumps were so bad that I couldn't think about deadlifts OR squats. If I did, I'd have to sit for at least 5 minutes for the pump to subside.
That was my first and last time messing with anything other than the standard must have's. Sure, I blasted from 252-262 lbs, THICK inside of 3 weeks. But a torn pec (my fault) and the constant pain of feeling like being kicked in the balls radiating up my lower back wasn't worth it.
I won't even talk about the lethargy!!
