In this one, they overestimated what his leg extensions SHOULD be at three times.
To me, it looks like those machines are set at 10 lb increments, and his extensions were probably around 100 lbs. The trainer's solution is for the lifter to not lift legs from 6 days all the way up to 10 days between leg sessions. Damn!
I know he's doing slow reps, but his goal was 15 reps, and he only got to 5.
