So far so good. I missed a lower day on Friday, so I made it up yesterday. 99% of the time, if I miss a day, it's gone forever. This was a 1% senario because of how my workout days are scheduled. It allows for shifting things around. Plus, today is my last hardcore day before I hit some RM's starting Monday.
Nothing special yesterday aside from a major PR for SLDL's, hitting a few sets of 5 with 405 pretty easily at the
END of my workout. Very happy about that, considering how many sets of squats I did previously. Box squats are the strongest they've ever been.. IMO, they've always been, but yesterday I lifted at the END of my day where I'm at my best vs. waking up and lifting within 30 minutes of each other. Bearing that in mind, hopefully I'll be able to work my RM's in at night because the difference in strength/motivation is fucking vast indeed!
