I was just thinking about why you asked me to have a look at the bf% if I'm that concerned about not gaining that much fat.

And I think the reasoning is, and correct me if I'm wrong please, it's mainly because when you are at a caloric intake where you want to increase LBM by around 1 to 2 lbs a week, the percentage of fat compared to the "increased" LBM would fall. And, if on the other hand, you gain weight way too fast, most of that is fat and the percentage of fat in your body compared to the LBM would rise, causing the bf% to increase aswell.

I'm kinda slow as you would've figured :P
