Rack Pulls
12,10 x 315
8,9, x 405 (oops forgot my belt at home)

D.B. Rows
12,12, x 100

Low pully Rows
14,12,12, x 210

Wide grip pull down
14,13,14,13 x 135(done slow 4 sec up and down)

B.B. shrugs
don't really need to do, but just felt like it.

I normally would have done more rack pulls but forgot my belt so I tried to make up for it in other exercises
