I lost track of time at work and didn't get a chance to lift yesterday.
I did 3 hours of MMA and tweaked my back a little grappling one of the instructors. I did get two sweet moves on him but I just couldn't tap him. I was going to workout today but my back is still not right and I have a competition this weekend so I don't want to jeopardize that. I'll try and workout tomorrow and see what happens.
