No, you're not. Stick with it until you can't progress on it by any means anymore. It is a strength AND mass program. But anything it may lack for you in the mass department will be made up down the line by the much greater and quicker strength gains.
Strength in the long run will equal easier mass gains. But if you stick this out you will see good results.
