Back, Bis, Abs today. Very good workout I think. Began with back.
Back: 3 sets of pullups, 3 different ways (sets of around 6-8)
Back row machine, 3 sets of 6-10
Back rows: 70lbs each side, pull backs, set of 8, 8, 7
Bis: standing dumbell curls, 3 sets at 30 lbs. 8reps each time
preacher curls 3 sets of 8, 55lbs, then down to 45 my last set
concentration curls 3 sets of 6-10 at 20 lbs
Abs: Did daves ab workout basically. 3 sets of decline crunches with 25lb weight (12reps)
knee ups, 2 sets of 12 with 2-3 second pause at top. then one set where i did middle left right middle left right.... did 16 total of those
then the ab machine, did 2 sets, 10 at middle left and right, then repeated for the 2nd set
Good overall workout
WEIGHT: 145
I am 5lbs away from my goal. I have had around 2700 calories already today. about 280g protein which is very high considering i still have 3glasses of milk to drink, a T of peanut butter, and hmm i forget what else, will post back later with final details on calories, etc.
Chest andtris tomorrow, cannot wait for it.
EDIT:
3082 95 262 306 cal fat carb prot. most protein and cals ive had prolly in the past month.
