I wish i knew where to begin....
I want to start a new program... ive been really lacking motivation lately and i need to get back into it... but im sick of max-ot and I need something to get me back into it. I guess i wish i knew my goals... my one goal at this point is to lose weight... but i wanna get bigger again too. Im thinking about Rippetoes starting strength since I could really use the core exercises considering i have NEVER deadlifted before and im sure it could break barriers for me.
Any suggestions
