Before when i benched i think i did something to my shoulder. It had a pain at the collar bone where the trap attaches to the shoulder. I tried doing dips in the same session and couldnt bear to do any. Without regard to the injury (im stubborn), i just kept on my regular schedule and it went away within a week or so. Is that where your injury is? And no, i'm not saying your ok to train with your injury...
