another bench lift, very happy
bench: 3x5 at 215
squat: 2x5 at 275 1x3 at 275
dips: 2x8 at BW
deadlift: 1x5 at 315 PR
did some footwork drills after squat for about 15 minutes id count it as cardio

i think im gunna add curls and skullcruchers friday, what'd you guys think?
