Ok... the more muscle you put on your body the more efficient it will become at burning fat. Deads and squats are crucial compound movements and they are a staple in my routine. Hit these compound movements regularly. The probelm here is your diet most likely! There is no way to spot reduce fat... with that you should post your diet. Someone on here will help you tweak it.
