OVERVIEW
Man was this taxing. First I was thinking that I might as well start 5x5 cycle again so I went to the squat cage and it was full of people for once. So I said F' it I do bench first to mess around. Started warming up and then thought, Why not change it up and do some complexes." So I tried doing some heavy bench so I can at least maintain strength and then went right into the complexes. Man it was brutal. After my third set I was thinking this is great but I need something that is more explosive. So I did one more set of complexes and decided to do this power clean burpee combo and add a press after the clean. I could only do 2 rounds and it was intense. I forgot how much it takes out of you. I only did 20 second rounds as fast and explosive as possible. My how shoulder and trap area are killing me today.
