Havoc is a prosteroid from RPN nutrition, its gotten very good reviews, although I havent tried it myself. Many people are reporting solid size/strength gains, and some recomp too. It is a steroid though, so your gonna need to take precautions to be safe, and we can help with that here too. I'll get some info together if your interested in it.
