I eat 3000-4500 cals, along with 59g of protein (which I more recently started), and a solid multi vitamin daily, I have been seriously lifting for about 19 months now, and I cant seem to build any solid mass. - I have noticed a great improvement in strength, but I am still on the smaller side, something like small but strong muscles. I am a competitive NCAA athlete, doing cardio everyday, along with lifting 5-6 times a week. I am 19 years old (which from what I have been reading seems to borderline on the younger side when it comes to gear) Regardless, I would like some input.
