So gear isn't to be considered yet? Would it benefit if I were to cut down to maybe 3 days of cardio and 3-4 days of intense lifting, combined with a cycle?? If so what would be recommended to aid me for either an 8 or 12 week? I have a few ideas, but what do you guys think would be good to start out on? Also, being that I am 19 years old does this age sort of borderline being too young? My ultimate goal is to gain a solid 20-25 pounds within the next 3 or 4 months..is this a realistic goal???
