Squat [4*5] 205 225 245 255
Military Press [5*5] 95,100,105,110,115
Dead's [5*5] 235 245 265 275 285

I realize that last day I F'd up and did dead's instead of Row's. I guess that what happens when you go by memory and you haven't done the program in a few months...Anyways should be back to normal now.

Today was good. Took a guess with Military presses, seems to be good..

At 3:30pm I went back to the gym and did 45 mins cardio.

weight is around 235lbs
