ok, i didn't mess with it at all, i guess i need to be reminded of that every now and then.

Bench: 3x5 at 215
squat max:315 PR
A2G squat:3x5 at 225
dips:2x7 at BW
deadlift: 1x5 at 315 (still a little scared of it from almost getting a hernia monday )
