Cardio's been consistant as well as my diet. Therefore, I still am progressing along.
I'm still getting used to being in the gym more with less days off. Finally got around to my monthly run to the supplement store to get another couple of vats of protein and some creatine. I've been off the creatine for a few weeks now, so it'll be nice to add that back in.
Training wise I'm always increasing something albeit reps or weight.
