Hello All....found this place while surfin the net......KOOL PLACE........Well right now I am 6' 267#..........about 5 years ago I trained religiously for about 2 1/2 months and dropped from 248# to 217# following the Body for Life plan........worked out off and on since then.....................I got married about 2 1/2 years ago and got lazy.....nobodys fault but my own.......I have been back at it for a month now and can see a difference and man do I miss the feeling of being sore...........I will post some pics as I go along..........It will be kool to post some pics somewhere and get some praise and criticism............I look forward to chattin and posting with you all
