yesterdays B lift.

1 suicide on the football field (every 5 yard line)
a2g squat: 3x5 at 250
military press: 3x5 at 135
cleans: 5x3 at 175
pull-ups: 3x3 3x2
bent over rows: 2x5 at 155 (weightroom was closing, didn't have time for my last set)
