Today was chest, tris, and shoulder day. Very good overall workout I would say.
Chest: Flat bench- 4sets of 6 (3 at 145 1 at 135)
Incline DB press- 3 sets of 8 (40, 45, then did like 4 at 50)
flys- upper and then lower flys 2 sets of each (25 upper, 15 lower)
Tris: Reverse Curls- 3 sets of 8-10
Pushdowns- 3sets of 10
Shoulders: did the usual circuit with a new exercise instead of another one.
then shrugs afterwards. 2 sets of it, 1st @ 155, then 2nd @ 185.
Took my protein, creatine, gatorade afterwards. Eating shrimp and oatmeal right now. Good day so far.
EDIT: final for the day: 2630 73 225 284 cal fat carbs protein
about where i want calories. pretty low compared to usual fat. pretty low compared to usual carbs. about what i want protein. good day today
