I guess it wouldn't hurt . Stick with something with just the specific joint stuff without the added vitamins and mins so that you get more bang for you buck since you're no doubt already taking vitamins and minerals. Just my opinion though.

Don't worry too much about the noisy knees. If there is not pain or problems it's probably completely normal. I get the popping and crackling knees sometimes but it never seems to coincide with any actual problems. I've read that it can be something that can go on for years and not really signify any bad problems. But of course that's no guarantee and it could mean some type of wear happening. The knees are pretty good about informing us when something is really wrong.
