hmm, never really heard of that before. wouldnt mind hearing some other opinions on that. I am definately working out next week, since my workout partner will be here, but after that if you guys think it would be beneficial, i wouldnt mind taking a break i guess.
my original plan was just to keep on donig what i have been doing until i reach 160, which may be a month and a half away. then cut for the rest of summer or until need be. then begin bulking when school begins again? i dont have any experience in bulking/cutting, i guess i will play it by ear and see how everything works out.
