* Maintaining a detailed log for either 30 or 45 days, which ever member prefers. Those who choose 45 days will be provided with two retail bottles.
* Updating the journal at least 2-3 times per week.
* Information regarding diet, exercise, and additional supplements
* Noticed effects/benefits of using Leviathan.
* A final review of the product at the end of your log.
