I don't vary the weight, I do the same weight all week then increase the next week. How does varying the weight work ? Do you think I'm doing too much ? It doesn't feel too much, I was just a bit concerned that I might be hitting shoulders too often. I thought about doing 3 x 5 for military press and then 5 x 5 for bench press and do the opposite for the next workout and so on.
