Hey all !! As there was a " new members " thread I thought best I introduce myself to you guys ! Real name is Ryan and from the UK as you already know from my profile.
I have trained " naturally " for 7 years + and loving every session
. Thought I would start using forums like this one to read / post informative .. educational .. interesting discussions on relevant subjects ! I have to say I love the graphical display and layout of this forum
