^^^^It looks ok to me to as weightgainers/meal replacers go. The barley and oat carbs is a nice touch. Looks like they've added a bunch of stuff specifically for the purpose of making it a low GI formula so I agree with hrdgain double to not use it immediately pre/post. It would be fine for for pre if it was a good hour before though.
