During a real bulk, most people do not stay at the same leanness, which are where cutting cycles (not a steroid cycle) come in.

I may be wrong on this one as I've never heard it before, but what does water retention have to do with blood pressure? There are support supplements for both water retention and blood pressure, in addition to liver support, prostate support, etc...

Your 29, I think you have stopped growing well over a few years ago. And if you run the cycle correctly you will not have any long term sides.
