I'm assuming your goals are to cut seing how you dropped 20lbs in a month or 2...What kind of cherios? If they are just the plain multi-grain ones then they should be fine, although i dont know the nutrition facts off the top of my head. So as long as they dont have more than a few grams of sugar and are low GI carbs, you should be fine on those. Ditch the fruit if cutting. What you do have to look out for is the milk, which has very high GI sugars in it. Last, you need to be eating some protein with breakfast. What i would TRY (never done it before) is mix some protein with some water and use that as "milk". Experiment with different flavors and such and come up with something you like.
If you dont like oats then just dump them into your protein shake uncooked and blend.
Do you like eggs? If so, those are an excellent breakfast choice.
