The reason I lost so much weight and am still a newbie is because i did it the wrong way and just totally cut my calories down to about 1000/day. After reading here and other sites, I now understand that it is the wrong way to go about losing weight while keeping my muscle. I will give all of your advice a try, and appreciate it very much. One more question for you.
Why is it so beneficial to just eat the egg whites...should I eliminate the yolk? Thanks.
