Well I did back, bis, and abs today. back very lightly
WEIGHT: 147, yeah that's right. I don't know how I got to that. Wednesday night I ran for an hour. And only at 6meals... I know 6meals isn't a little, but it's 2 less than my usual.
3lbs away from 150 now. 18lbs in all in about 5 weeks. And honestly, I can't find fat on my body. The fat on my stomach pretty much is nonexistent right now. After doing dave's workout on my abs this week 2 times, I can already see slight definition. And ohh does it burn the next day even.
Back: I bumped up the weight on back even though it was a light day, but it was so easy compared to monday. Just did 5sets total on back to get loose.
Bis: crushed it, finished hard with 1 set of crazy eights. Did what I began with a week ago, but finished it as my last set this time.
Abs: Just did the decline weighted crunches (3sets) and knee ups (2sets) since I wasn't exactly sore free from monday still in that area. Skipped the third set of knee ups and the ab machine.
Was an amazing workout, did much more than I have been doing all along. and now I weigh 2more lbs than I did on Tuesday? No clue how, but i'll accept it.
Guess I really need to post some new pics now, I'll prolly wait until May 1st to show my progress from 129 to 147+.
