Eric, I DO know you don't like any chest work, but I figured these are good to go because they're done in conjunction with light resistance bands. If anyone wants to really work to increase their bench, these are wonderful additions!
This first one is of me doing db presses (110s) plus the LIGHT resistance bands. My gym only carries up to 125's, which I finished by week 2.. So Wes came up with me incorperating the light bands to increase the weight of those puppies.
Off the chest feels like about 120, then about 140 + halfway up to lockout. I think these bands by themselves add 40 lbs of tonnage.
This one is of me doing weighted dips with the LIGHT resistance bands wrapped around my neck plus another 40 lb DB between my legs. Rediculous amounts of tension from beginning to end!! Add that to my 250 lb fatass and you've got yourself a little workout lol..
