I got mine at midwestbarbell.com. Very fast service, packaged well, and one of the cheapest places I've found. Susan's prices include shipping already. What I liked best about her is that all the prices are for a PAIR of bands. Other places for some reason prefer to sell individual bands which could potentially screw over people who don't read everything through.

Bands are very tough to beat as far as strength goes IMO. All the other things like boards and chains you can cut over at home depot. All my boards cost me $18.
