Do you know how much protein is in each of those meals ? If not you should find out.

Being 220lbs I would say you need around 250-300g of protein per day. I take it your trying to lose weight ? You still want to keep your calories up around 2200 ( + / - ) So if your not going to take in very many carbs, you might want to increase your protein more.
