I've actually been taking mhp up your mass. It's a meal supplement to help tot try and straighten out my diet. But i take that for breakfast a coldcut sandwich for lunch then sometime of meat with some bread and veges for dinner 90% of the time.

So, I have been taking the mhp stuff twice a day then taking just designer whey after i work out.

And I know malto/ dextrose are carbs, but what are the best way to get them? Something i just add to the shake? Or do I get enough during the day?

And by dependency, I don't mean without your useless, i just don't want what I've heard of is of almost access water in your muscles, then once I stop it just dissapears.

And, Citrulline Malate? I know its in some of those brand name products, but what about just by itself with the protein in a pre workout shake?
