That "up your mass" stuff is a supplement, treat it as such. Plus, its 13 bucks for 7 servings and only about 10 grams of protein per scoop. Normal wheys are about 24 grams a scoop! A normal whey packed with cheap carbs would kick the shit out of this product, not to mention be easier on your wallet.

Your diet is definitely lacking. One of those "up your mass" shakes, a sandwich and some meat with bread and veggies is not going to do shit. That's barely one meal for me! Whats your height and weight? You should be consuming 1-2g of protein per pound of lean body mass and most of that should be coming from real food, not a tub of meal replacement powder. You wanna get strong and put on some muscle, then you gotta eat accordingly. A great man once said "Eat or stay the fuck out of the gym!", that advice fits nicely here

Malto and dextrose can be bought in bulk, cheaply, and added to you protein shakes pre and post.

Creatine is good because it helps with your muscular endurance during exercise. Its not like you're going to gain 2" all over and turn into the michelin tire fatass because you're taking it. To be honest I can't notice a difference other than on the scale.

I don't know much about citrulline malate so I won't give my advice on it. There is a sticky about it on the site though, read that and you should have a good idea of what to do.
