The up your mass is more a vehicle for conventiently getting the low and medium GI carbs in. They take up a lot of room so you end up with huge servings and a noneconomical product. But the product does what it sets out to do. There is a difference between regular whey and cheap carbs and the MHP product. That difference is that a regular whey and cheap carbs in the form of malto has a very high GI. This product doesn't. So while it is not a very economical thing to do it is a much better "weight gainer" than the former (whey + malto and dex) which would be better for pre and post.

But I agree with Kane that you'll get more bang for your buck out of a good whey. You'd be much better off improving your diet and plus having a good pre and post plan, as he said.

Citrulline Malate can be bought in bulk powder form from Nutraplanet.com or bulknutrition.com. It would be better to have it along with creatine and I myself have only noticed the best results with CM when combining it also with higher doses of BCAA's (higher than my whey...which is high) around 7 grams. I don't think any of this is necessary. Whey plus carbs is the best investment for your money. I like to have a whey isolate for pre and post and a regular whey mix for any other time I might take some.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
