Well all going well with test. I'm not big on scales, I prefer a mirror. But I do jump on the same scale at the gym once a week. I have been at around 285ish for some time now. Today I came in at 280.5 I did nothing differant with my diet, I eat the same thing every week. In fact this week I even scaled back cardio a bit to give me a little rest.
