We decided to go camping last night, so I got about 3 hrs sleep.
Took one pill on an empty stomach first thing and had zero problems. It took about 15 mins and I started to feel more alert.
10:00am - Had 8 egg whites, turkey sausage, and potatoes for breakfast. With 1 small cup coffee and 1.5 L of water.
1:45pm - 2 chicken breasts and about 3oz steak.(zero carbs)
Will take the next pill around 4:00pm as I plain on going to the gym around 8:00pm.
Took some pictures yesturday, just have to upload them onto the computer.
