Day 5
Today is the first 2*2 pills a day, Yesturday I tired 1 pill 4 times a day and that worked very nice. I usually crash around 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Didn't happen.
Morning weight is 233lbs. I did take some pictures on the day I started, but haven't been home to upload them yet.
5:30am - The two pills started out with a high, but came down. No crash feeling yet.
6:00am - 8 egg whites, 2 packs instant oatmeal.
10:30am 5oz steak, 1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup potatoes.

4:00 - 2 chicken breasts; 1/2 cup potatoes.
7:00 (after work ) family is still camping, so I will eat something out there.

Multi Vit
Glucosamine
BCAA's (pre and post)
