I saw a good bit of that. It was impressive. Hell, in his weight routine I saw a few things I want to try.
He was doing this sort of prone dumbell row where he looked to be in a pushup position while rowing with one dumbell. Shit, that seems like a good way to work the core. I'm gonna check that out (i love this kind of stuff in general).
