No workouts this weekend, this morning (monday) I was 255lbs, so i'm down 2lbs in a weeks time. Thats right about where I should be, 2lbs a week.

I added in 1 cap of Reset AD this morning, the stim effect was a little harsher, it was kinda nice hahaha. I will hit the gym shortly, I"ll edit and record what I did.

45min cardio today, all MA specific shit, I am training with my old school back home this friday saterday and sunday so I want to atleast try and get ready for that. I gassed a bit toward the end, but I did what I intended to do. I also am starting to use eric's streching combo from the articles section for targeting splits, and lower hip and leg flexibility.
