Diet has been steady, no drastic changes to report.

Training:

5min drills
DB Flat Bench 10 sets of 3@ 80lbs
Rack Deads 5 sets of 3 @ 315lbs

Super Sets
DB curls, over head tri extensions 2 sets of 12, @ 40lbs
Front/Side delt raises, 2 sets of 12, @ 20lbs

I also threw in some leg extensions because the rack deads didnt go very well with the 5min drill.

*Notes*

I havent been sleeping well lately, with how god dam hot its been i've been waking up every few hours sweating my ass off. Probrably good for fat loss, not so good for energy levels. I'm a mood prick when I dont have enough sleep. Atleast the Leviathan is helping in the energy department a little.
