Weekend update:

this weekend was insanity, after my 3 hrs sleep on thurs night, I trained fri from 7 to 10, then saterday from 9 to 4, then sunday from 9 to 2. The workouts consisted of lots of conditioning, sparring (both medium, and hard contact), Randori, and kata (forms) mostly for endurance training. We also got a little bit of weapons work in on sunday.

It was a rough weekend, and I barely slept most of it, even worse i barely ate. For some reason when I push myself to the point of exhaustion, i cant eat, my stomach cramps up and I cant hold food down. I puked twice durring saterdays workout, and dry heaving while grappling is always fun.

I'm still sitting at 255lbs as of this morning, I think my lack of eating really hurt me in the fatloss department this weekend. Again since I was going on next to no sleep, Leviathan help tremendiously. I took off yesterday to recover, I jammed up my right pointer finger pretty bad, and ripped a bunch of skin off my foot also, I will prob be back in the gym tonight.

I need to switch up my training a bit, I really need to work on cardio vascular indurance more, so i will be upping the running on off days. I also need to get my legs in better shape, after a few sparring sessions they were dead, my footwork went to shit, and i had to rely soley on my hands. It will all come together soon, I have another weekend workout coming up august 25th, then a weekend camp sept 7th I believe, I need to ready for war by then.
