Just a quick update for those of you who were interested, I've been on the SuperCissus for a little over a week now and have seen some impressive results.

Usually my left shoulder area hurts on my bench presses and military presses, especially since I bench multiple times a week on the DFT 5x5. I skipped my military presses last week since I think its stupid for me to do them when I know for a fact they bother the area. With bench presses however I am glad to say the pain/discomfort has diminished significantly and my shoulder in general feels a lot better outside of the gym. I can move it at angles that bothered me before with no trouble now and sleeping on it doesn't bother me either.

Keep in mind this shoulder has been bothering me for at least 6 weeks, probably do to the weights I have been moving on the 5x5 program so for this to suddenly get better in such a short period of time is pretty very impressive to me. Nothing else has changed in my routine or supplementation besides the addition of SuperCissus and next week I am going to add back in light military presses and see how my body reacts.

Hopefully the results stick around....
